Installation can be done in minutes; you only have to change some settings in a PHP configuration file. You can also easily extend TinyCMS by coding a block or module.
It also uses a flat file database, and is about 700 KB in size. It is good for people who need to setup a small site without having to figure out how to use the popular, large CMSes.
